Verified Destination: merchant.postex.pk/loginPrimary Helpline: (042) 111 786 227

Note: this is an independent guide, not part of PostEx (Pvt.) Ltd. We never collect logins or passwords.

Important: we never ask for your password

postex-tracking.com is an independent tracking guide. We do not run the PostEx merchant portal. We have no login forms, we never ask for passwords, and we cannot see, reset or recover seller accounts. Only type your business login on PostEx’s own website at merchant.postex.pk/login.

What Is the PostEx Merchant Portal, and Who Needs It?

The PostEx merchant portal is an online dashboard for registered online shops, brands and businesses that use PostEx for delivery and cash on delivery (COD).

In the portal, sellers can:

  • Bulk Consignment Booking: Book one parcel or many at once, by uploading a list or by linking their online shop.
  • Shipping Label Generation: Print shipping labels (air waybills) with barcodes for outgoing parcels.
  • Fleet Dispatch Oversight: Follow pickups, parcels on the way and deliveries to buyers.
  • COD payments: See cash collected, follow payments and check statements.
  • Reverse Logistics Tracking: Follow parcels that are coming back because the buyer refused them or could not be reached.

Note for shoppers:

If you are waiting for something you ordered online, you do not need a seller account or password. You can track your parcel at any time with your tracking number on our public PostEx Order Tracking Guide.

How to Make Sure You Are on the Real PostEx Portal

The portal holds buyers’ addresses and payment details, so check the website carefully before you log in.

Before you type your email and password, check the address bar:

1. Check it is a secure page (HTTPS)

Make sure the address starts with https:// and your browser shows a closed padlock.

2. Check the exact web address

The real address is merchant.postex.pk. Watch out for extra dashes, spelling mistakes or strange endings.

3. Do not use login links from messages

Never tap a login link in a WhatsApp message or SMS you were not expecting, especially one saying your account is blocked.

4. Save the real page as a bookmark

To avoid fake websites, save https://merchant.postex.pk/login as a bookmark in your browser.

Keeping Your Seller Account Safe

Good habits protect your shop from someone changing your orders or your payment details.

  • Implement Distinct, Complex Passwords: Do not use the same password as on other sites. Use a long password with letters, numbers and symbols, and keep it in a password manager.
  • Avoid shared and public computers: Do not log in on shared computers, such as in print shops, internet cafés or hotels, where your password could be stolen.
  • Terminate Sessions Explicitly: On office computers shared with packing staff, always press “Log Out” when you finish.
  • Manage Staff Access Responsibly: If several staff handle orders, remove someone’s access as soon as their job changes or they leave.

Can’t Log In? Common Fixes

If you have trouble logging in, try these simple checks:

Check your email for typos and spaces

Make sure there are no extra spaces before or after the email, especially if you pasted it.

Check Caps Lock

Passwords are case-sensitive, so make sure Caps Lock is off.

Clear your browser’s saved data

Old saved data can cause the page to keep reloading. Clear cookies or try a private (incognito) window.

Confirm Account Activation Status

If your business signed up recently, PostEx may still be setting up your account.

How to Reset a Forgotten Password Safely

If you forgot your password, reset it yourself on the PostEx login page:

  1. Go to the real merchant login page at merchant.postex.pk/login.
  2. Click on the "Forgot Password" link next to the sign-in form.
  3. Enter the email address linked to your PostEx seller account.
  4. Look for a reset email from PostEx, including in your spam folder.
  5. Follow the link in the email to set a new password.

Never share a reset link. PostEx staff should never ask you to send them a link or tell them your password.
